Here are ladyfingers I made using the recipe from "
Great Cookies: Secrets to Sensational Sweets" by
Carole Walter. This is my second trial with this recipe, but I'm not entirely convinced I love it. Sure enough it is a good ladyfinger, but I think I have made better in the past. I will need to hunt around for other recipes I have used before. Stay tuned for my next post - I used these ladyfingers to make tiramisu.
